A couple of pics from Jayna's birthday

Here are some pictures from Jayna's 7th birthday. I still can't believe that she is 7 years old! We had a fun day that included presents scattered throughout the day, lunch at Burger King, then ice cream at Coldstone and then Jayna and Nathan went out for a date to Pandemonium. After the book store they went to pick out 7 roses. Nathan has started a tradition with Jayna (and later Avelyn Faith) of buying her one rose for each year. She got to pick out each rose herself and she was just glowing when they got home! I'm so thankful for a husband who came up with this idea to make our daughter feel treasured and so loved on her birthday.

Jayna wanted to have a sleepover in a "tent" in the boys' room. Here they are getting ready for bed (yeah, right!). They were all just a little wound up. :^)

And finally, Avelyn Faith enjoying the can of whipped cream. This little girl is into EVERYTHING! Today she dumped a whole bag of sugar onto the kitchen floor, every time the fridge door is open she's trying to climb the shelves. There are constantly pots and pans strewn across my kitchen/dining room/living room floor. She is certainly a cute little character!
Roanen popped up into this pic as I was taking it, I didn't intentionally cut off the bottom half of his head, but he kind of reminds me of Wilson from Home Improvement, he just needs the fishing hat. :D
