Wow...time does fly! I can't believe that Roanen is already 2 years old! He is such a sweet little boy and HILARIOUS to boot! We had a really low key birthday for him this year, with just our little family hanging out for the day. It was really fun! We went to Carl's Jr (uggg) for lunch so the kiddos could play in the "tombs" and went to the toy store to get his birthday present, then came home and just played with the legos (everyone in my family is quite into the legos these days, including Nathan!), opened his new bulldozer, had his birthday cake and enjoyed having a whole day with daddy home after him being gone all last week and then he had to work all day on Sunday. Please don't think we are horrible parents who only got our son one present (and part of that one present was from G & G Horsman!), we are just keeping our eyes out for a good deal on a big wooden swingset, so we're saving his birthday money for that....
we racked our brains trying to figure out something for him and came up with nothing, it's hard to buy for a 2 year old I guess. :D
